Spa Etiquette

Cancellation Policy

Please honor our staff by notifying us with a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. A 72-hour notice is required for any Spa Package, multiple services or parties of three or less. Larger parties require more notice of cancellation. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved for you. A “No Show” will incur 100% of the total services and be automatically charged to your credit card.

 

Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled with a spa coordinator at the spa or by phone. We recommend appointments be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to secure the most convenient time for you. When booking Spa Packages, or a Group, we will reserve the appointments with a credit card. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, allowing time for check-in. Arriving late for your appointment may take away from your spa treatment time and effect other clients. Late arrival appointments may be cancelled or condensed.

 

Bridal and Group Appointments

Please call our spa manager to coordinate your event. We suggest 1-2 months lead time to schedule bridal and group services. Due to the time and staff needed for a party, it is Dayle’s policy to require a 50% deposit for parties 5 or less. For parties 6 or more full payment is required to secure your reservation. Any cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the event for a party of 5 or less, and 4 weeks for a party of 6 or more. If you do need to cancel, and have not done so by the cut-off date, you will be charged 100% for all services that were cancelled. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to having you as our guest for your special day.

 

Payments

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover ($25 minimum) credit or debit cards, checks or cash. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. We cannot accept gratuities on credit cards, debit cards or checks.

 

Refunds

No cash refunds will be issued. Gift Cards, Spa Treatments, Spa Packages, are non-refundable. Spa products may be returned within 14 days for merchandise credit only.

 

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservations.

 

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

 

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles.

 

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please let the Spa technician guide you in selecting the suitable treatments taking into consideration your well-being during this special time.

 

Cell Phones

As the spa offers each guest a tranquil setting, we appreciate you turning off your cellphone and speaking quietly while inside our spa facility. This is a time for you and other clients to relax. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion! They are available for an individual service or a combination of services, and can be used to purchase retail items. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination and can be paid through PayPal with MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards.

 

Children

To maintain serenity and safety in the spa we ask that you do not bring children under 8 years of age. Children are not permitted in treatment areas or rooms. Children may wait with an accompanying adult in our waiting area.
